The Challenge
When it comes to virtual music experiences, the options for consumers seem to be endless. So when the initiative to launch Hydeout World — the immersive digital music experience — Pico Group needed a way to reach North America audiences in a way that resonates, especially with all of the noise and distractions competing for consumer attention. A global digital music festival wanted to combat this issue by driving more brand awareness across local cities.
The Solution
The client turned to PCN Entertainment to help inform thier target audience of their offerings and drive engagement one month prior to the start of online registration to the music experience. To make sure they got in front of the most consumers possible, the client utilized PCN Entertainment nightlife platforms to activate a marketing mix of branded content and display ads. Additionally, to make sure their ads resonated with their ideal customers, the client used PCN Entertainment’s DJ talent network and targeting capabilities to hone in on music lovers between the ags 21-40 across local cities such as Los Angeles, New York and Miami.
The Result
The early engagement, along with PCN Entertainment’s targeted advertising solutions, offered a win across the board. The campaign which had a total of ~40% click-through rate to the brand’s website, boasted 180k total brand site engagement across page visits, button clicks, and form submissions. And over 60% of those conversions occurred via owned & operated media/cross-device attribution. Meanwhile, 74.3% of the campaign’s total impressions ran across mobile — an impressive feat considering mobile impressions drive the strongest scale and performance in advertisements.
